Data Stored Locally (On Your Device)

• Workout data: Exercises, sets, reps, weights, and workout history
• User preferences: Weight unit (kg/lbs), theme preference, notification settings
• Workout templates: Custom and AI-generated workout plans

This data is stored locally on your device using encrypted local storage. We do not have access to this data.

Data Collected by Third-Party Services

RevenueCat (Subscription Management)

• We use RevenueCat to manage premium subscriptions
• RevenueCat processes purchase information through Apple's App Store

Supabase (Premium Features Only)

• Premium users who use AI workout generation may have requests processed through our server
• We do not store workout data on our servers
• Authentication data (email, if provided) is used solely for account management

Data We Do NOT Collect

• Personal health data
• Location data
• Contact information
• Device identifiers for tracking
• Usage analytics

Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data Retention

• Local data remains on your device until you delete the app
• Subscription data is managed by Apple and RevenueCat according to their retention policies

Your Rights

You can:

• Delete all local data by uninstalling the app
• Request deletion of any server-side account data by contacting us

Children's Privacy

SwoleAI is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
